Davied has been training for almost 30 years and passed his 1st Dan grading in 1998. He is a very energetic karateka and generates enthusiasm in the club with his positive attitude. He has trained in various clubs throughout the UK and has expertise in close quarter self defence. He passed a JKAE coaching assesment with sensei Stewart in 2013.
Davied passed his 2nd dan exam with sensei Ohta in Dec 16.
Neil Morgan profile
Neil trained for a few years in late 70s and early 80s and reached brown belt level. After a long hiatus he returned to training in 2003, gaining his 1st dan in 2007 and his 2nd dan grade with sensei Ohta in 2021.
Jon Wohlgemuth profile
Jon passed his 1st dan grading with Sensei Ohta in 2011 and has trained consistently since then, becoming an important member of the club. He graded to 2nd Dan with Sensei Ohta in June 2022. Jon has a wealth of karate experience to draw on and is very knowledgable about all aspects of karate.
Craig Phillips profile
Craig trained for a few years in the early 90s, After a break of a few years he returned in 2012 and has been a very keen member since then. Craig is an ever present member of the club and gained his 1st dan grade with sensei Ohta in 2016.
